2022 Friendsgiving at CASS Winery | Join us around the table before all the holiday mayhem begins for a wine-paired, traditional Thanksgiving feast! Chef has prepared a gorgeous menu for us to savor as we laugh and enjoy the calm before the storm. Here is your chance to relish the beautifully nostalgic cuisine of the season without having to be the host. We cannot wait to celebrate and soak up some time with you. Please make reservations. Saturday, November 19th, 6-9 pm.
“Paint the Town Red” Downtown Wine Walk: Join the Downtown Wine District for an adventure with wine, food pairings, and downtown discovery! With over 23 wineries participating, you’ll have no problem filing an itinerary for the afternoon with stops all over the downtown area… Tickets include a wristband and glass to take with you to each participating winery where you’ll receive a special wine & food pairing bite, made exclusively for this event. You’ll also receive a link to a digital map that will show you where to find each winery. Early bird tickets are $55 each. After November 21st, pricing increases to $65 each. Saturday, November 26th, 1-5 pm.
“Spirit of the Holidays” Holiday Cocktail & Food Pairing: Cass Winery & Forager Sprits (Central Coast Distillery) are proud to present this unique holiday cocktail pairing experience that blends the glamour of craft cocktails with the swankiness of delectable holiday dining. Join us as we share how you can become the best cocktail party host or hostess this Holiday Season!
During the two-hour class, you will learn how to craft FOUR holiday-inspired cocktails accompanied with delicious plates meant to impress! We will cover mixology basics, how to prepare beautifully complex shrubs (complex in flavor, but not in skill), & how to pair food with cocktails for the perfect Holiday party experience!
In addition to enjoying all the full-sized cocktails & dishes during this class, everyone takes home printed recipes, a list of bar tools needed, and great ideas for entertaining with your peeps! All the Forager Spirits will be available for purchase after the class so you can take the knowledge & ingredients home! Sunday, December 4th, 5-7:30 pm.
December Sip & Savor in Harmony: ‘Tis the Season for Celebratory Wines & Special Treats in our Tasting Room! Savor a flight of library vintages carefully curated by our winemaking team with a selection of artisan cheeses. Bonus! Taste our 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon drawn straight from the barrel.
